I think you should think about security when you allow each user to add any tokens.
Firstly, people will add a lot of useless tokens, the volumes of which will be very small, or even completely absent, this is a big senseless cost for their storage.
Secondly, people can try to spam ZKSwap servers with DDOS attacks by adding any useless tokens.
